Managing ChatGPT and Claude for Your Team

Someone in your business holds the keys to your AI accounts, and it should be more than one someone. This session trains them to run your platform properly: workspaces, security and privacy settings, seats, billing, connectors, plug-ins, and shutting down access cleanly when someone leaves. Hands-on, in your own accounts, on ChatGPT, Claude or both.

We’ve trained over 1,000 people how to use AI.

Through in-person, practical, hands-on workshops, not keynote events

Workshop at a glance

  • One 2-hour session

  • $690 + GST per business

  • ChatGPT, Claude or both

  • Hands-on in your own accounts

  • Delivered in person

  • No technical background needed

How it is delivered

In your accounts, not a demo.

The session runs for your administrators, and two is better than one, because a single key holder is its own risk. The owner is welcome in the room. Before it, you complete a short pre-course intake covering which platforms and plans you hold, who has access today and what worries you, so the two hours are spent making changes, not gathering facts.

$690 + GST per business, delivered in person at your premises or a venue you choose.

Why settings are done live

Every control covered in the session gets set in your own accounts as we go, by your own hands. You leave with the settings in place and the understanding of why each one sits where it does, not a checklist to attempt alone later.

Who it is for

The person holding the keys.

Built for whoever administers your AI accounts: often the office manager, the operations lead, or the owner wearing one more hat. Bring two people if you can, because one key holder on leave is a locked account. It is not a technical role, but it carries real responsibility, and most people land in it without anyone showing them the controls. This session is that showing.

What you leave with

Working tools, not notes.

Workspaces set up right

Team or Enterprise workspaces configured by you, with a deliberate decision on who gets access to what.

Security controls in place

Training opt-outs, data retention and connector permissions set in the session, in your own accounts.

A seat and billing routine

A simple monthly habit for managing seats and spend, so licences match the people actually using them.

A clean leaver process

The exact steps for shutting down access properly when someone leaves, so no ex-staff member keeps a key.

A settings record

What you set and why, written as you go, so the next person in the role can pick it up without guesswork.

A way to stay current

Both platforms change their admin controls often. You learn where to check and what matters when they do.

How it runs

One in-depth session

01

Two hours, everything set before you finish.

Set up, secure, and take control

  • Understand what your ChatGPT and Claude plans actually include, and whether they are the right ones

  • Set up or tidy your Team or Enterprise workspaces, and decide who gets access to what

  • Work through the security, privacy and data controls one by one: training opt-outs, retention, connectors

  • Set your seat and billing routine, and walk the full leaver process end to end

  • Record what you set and why, so the configuration survives a change of administrator

  • Learn where each platform announces admin changes, so you can handle the next one without outside help

I'm a developer who has dabbled with some AI here and there. The AI workshop that was held was an introductory workshop designed for users totally new to AI. What impressed me about the workshop (other than J's personable and entertaining style) was how it was able to introduce our newer users to AI effectively and still give me some insights and learnings to take away and apply. Would highly recommend.

Life-changing stuff. Quoting that took two hours takes twenty minutes. Thank you

J from Endevo ran a foundational AI workshop for our team. As a software company, we assumed we were already ahead of the curve — but outside expertise gave us a much clearer view of how these tools can support a range of roles. We now share a common language and understanding to build on. J's approach engaged everyone, from expert users to complete beginners, and we're confident every team member will have a practical use case within the week. Productivity gains from AI are about to take off.

Gail Murdoch

CEO, Nimbus ERP Software

We brought J in to train our team on AI. The difference from a typical course was that everything was built on our actual work. No generic demos: the team learned on our real processes and documents. Sceptical team members started using it the next morning and were using it confidently a few days later. Just as importantly, they understand the boundaries regarding client information. J' training is practical and security focused which is required for our industry and made us feel even more comfortable. If you want your team actually using AI rather than just talking at about it, get J in.

J trained our team six months ago, and the training has held with the team picking up so many use cases and gaining efficiencies. Many were not confident enough to even start using AI, but after the training, everything changed. J has a way of making people feel safe in the workshops. His personable and entertaining style of presenting put our team at ease.
