ENDEVO Limited
Privacy Policy
ENDEVO Limited | Effective 15/07/2026
ENDEVO Limited (ENDEVO, we, us) is a Nelson, New Zealand based consultancy working across marketing leadership, AI adoption and governance, and executive education. Privacy is part of what we advise on, so we hold ourselves to the standard we recommend to our clients. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information, and how you can exercise your rights under the Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you use our website or work with us, we may collect:
Contact details you give us through our forms, by email, or by phone: your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and role
The content of your enquiries and our correspondence with you
Information about how you use our website: pages visited, links clicked, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location, and IP address
Information needed to deliver our services to clients, such as business details, engagement records, and project information
Your marketing preferences, including whether you have opted in to our emails
We do not collect payment card details through our website. Invoicing and payment are handled separately.
How we collect it
Most of the information we hold comes directly from you: through the forms on this site, by email or phone, in meetings, or when you engage us.
From time to time we also receive personal information from third parties, such as referral partners, event organisers, and professional contacts who introduce us. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure you know we hold your information, why we collected it, and how you can access or correct it, as required by Information Privacy Principle 3A of the Privacy Act. In practice, our first contact with you will usually tell you who passed on your details.
Why we collect it
We use personal information to:
Respond to your enquiries and deliver our services
Manage client relationships, engagements, and records
Send marketing emails to people who have opted in
Understand how our website is used so we can improve it
Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Cookies and analytics
Our website runs on Squarespace and uses cookies and similar technologies. They fall into four groups:
Strictly necessary cookies that make the site work
Analytics tools that show us how the site is used: Google Analytics (GA4) and Zoho PageSense, which records page interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Google Tag Manager manages these tags.
Functional cookies that remember your settings, including those set by our Zoho forms
Advertising tools from Meta and LinkedIn that help us measure and reach relevant audiences on those platforms
Analytics information is aggregated wherever possible. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the cookie banner on this site. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
We also use Trakkr to monitor how AI assistants describe ENDEVO. It works at brand level and does not process personal information about our visitors.
AI and automated tools
We use AI in our own work, and we are open about how:
AI assistants, including Anthropic's Claude, may process enquiry and client information when we draft, analyse, and manage work
AI features within our Zoho systems may process contact records for the purposes set out above
Where we can, we work with aggregated or de-identified information rather than identifiable information
The same protections in this policy apply to information processed by these tools. Most AI providers operate outside New Zealand; see the section on sharing and overseas storage below.
No decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made about you by automated means alone. A person is always involved.
Who we share it with, and overseas storage
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
With the service providers that run our systems: Squarespace, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Zoho, and Anthropic
With our professional advisers, such as our accountant, where needed
Where the law requires or permits it
Some of these providers store or process information outside New Zealand, including in the United States and Australia. Where personal information goes overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the Privacy Act 2020, consistent with Information Privacy Principle 12.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we act on unsubscribes promptly, consistent with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. You can also opt out at any time by contacting us.
How we keep it safe, and how long we keep it
We limit access to personal information, use multi-factor authentication on our systems, and work with established providers that maintain their own security programmes. No system is completely secure, but we take the protection of your information seriously. If a privacy breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify the Office of the Privacy Commissioner and the people affected, as the Privacy Act requires.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Business and engagement records are generally kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations, then securely deleted or destroyed.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. There is no charge in most cases, and we will respond as soon as we can, and within 20 working days at most. If we decline a request, we will tell you why, and if we decline a correction you can ask us to attach a statement of the correction you sought to the information.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will work to put it right. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner:
