All three sessions run for your leadership group. Before session one, you complete a pre-course intake questionnaire covering your business; we have a 30-minute virtual meeting about your tools and the jobs you want AI doing; and the course is built from your answers. Everything made in the sessions stays yours.

Pre-course
Every course starts with a short pre-course intake so the sessions run on your real work from the first hour. This consists of a questionnaire and a virtual 30-minute meeting.

Who delivers the training
J Norness is the founder of ENDEVO and one of the most practical voices on AI for business in New Zealand.
He has spent 25 years across industries and continents, including eight years as an automation engineer, and now serves as AI Officer for companies across New Zealand and Australia. He delivers practical, in-person AI workshops and executive education across Te Tauihu, including through the Nelson AI Sandbox and Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce and has keynoted numerous events. His sessions are grounded in real use cases, real privacy obligations, and zero hype.
J has trained more than 1,000 people across Te Tauihu and beyond. He serves as a CMO and AI Officer for hire for multiple companies, which gives him invaluable real-life experience in real businesses, like yours.
